Video - "God does not open the windows of heaven on non-tithers" Bishop David Oyedepo says

While talking at the church's end of the year program, Shiloh 2017, founder of the Living Faith church otherwise known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, talked on the significance of Tithing. As per him, God never opens the windows of heaven on non-tithers.

'God does not open the windows of heaven on non-tithers' he said.

Truly sir? I don't tithe, never have and never will...but I have positively almost certainly that God has opened and will open his windows of heaven to me and mine. I know this since he guaranteed me! Who cares what any minister considers?
